This social services agency in Surrey was formerly called the Surrey Delta Immigrants Services Society. The agency was initially contracted to rebrand the organization through a competitive bidding process. Since that rebranding process several years ago, the agency has been retained to help the social services agency market programs and services to a wide variety of new Canadians in the South Fraser region. The agency has developed many campaigns often translated in several languages. Understanding cultural and social nuances are critical in serving this client’s needs.
